30-Day Returns Policy

At Xcelerator Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions of Return

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

• Returns received without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds and Exchanges

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

• Exchanges will be arranged subject to stock availability.
