COVID DELIVERY DELAYS

Firstly we would like to thank all our wonderful return customers for their loyal support during these challenging times and If you are a new visitor to our website....welcome!!

We have been working very hard behind the scenes and our operations continue as usual and we are taking all covid precautions to keep our staff and customers safe,

 Can I place an order? Will you deliver the package?

Yes, customers can continue to buy any in-stock product in our store. Some delivery times are longer than usual. Please do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. workplaces)

Will my parcel be delayed?

Yes, couriers and postal services have delays due to limited flights and depots being closed for cleaning due to positive cases. Please be assured that we will ship your item on the same business day if it is not a pre order item and our delivery partners are doing everything they can do get your item to you safely. 

PLEASE NOTE: There are currently unavoidable shipping delays with  due to the current Covid outbreak.  Please allow additional time for your parcels to be delivered. There could be long delays to certain areas.   We are not able to offer a refunds  should you experience any delays.

Is it safe to receive orders?

Is it possible to reduce contact with drivers when they deliver my orders?

Yes. Our delivery partners have been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer's doorstep and stepping back.
