SHIPPING TERMS
All our orders are shipped with transit insurance as part of our terms of sale to protect your new items. As part of this agreement it is the buyers duty to inspect the delivery and to report to us if there is any damage on arrival within 24 hours of delivery as we need time to prepare documents and rapport it to the insurance on time as per their policy. You will not be covered after 24 hours and we will not be able to lodge your claim.
Please check items even if they are for gifts.
PAYMENT TERMS
We use automated fraud detection software. Where your order is flagged for fraud detection, we will make enquiries into any potential fraud. We reserve the right to subsequently reject and refund your order at our absolute discretion where fraud is suspected.
WARRANTY
We cannot accept “Change of Mind” returns for consumables based on personal taste.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Return freight is the at the buyers cost and responsibility to return the item undamaged during transit. Please ensure return packages are insured by your courier.
The replacement of products does not extend the warranty date. The date of the original invoice will remain the warranty date.
Faulty items will not be eligible for a full refund and only repair, replacement or store credit will be issued. Replacement or store credit only if not repairable. Our Mirrors and Makeup Stations are Manufactured and Comply with Australian and New Zealand Safety Standards only.
