What should I do if my order is damaged in transit?

You are fully insured during transit.

Please make sure to notify us within 24 hours after delivery of any damage as we will not be able to lodge late claims as per the insurance requirements.

We will require some photos and please keep all packaging.

The claim will be lodged and handled by Xcelerator Online.
